Great Bend Police
A Kansas motorcycle license plate was stolen from 3503 10th St. on Wednesday.
Vehicles driven by Eden Mulligan and Henry Kneller collided at 11:49 a.m. at Broadway and Morton. This was reported as an injury accident.
A battery was reported which allegedly occurred on Feb. 14.

Barton County Sheriff
On Wednesday the sheriff’s office received a report of a vehicle vs deer accident that occurred last Saturday on K-96 near mile marker 178.
A Pawnee Rock resident reported her dog was attacked by a pit bulldog that was still at large. A miscellaneous report was made.

Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made eight ambulance runs Tuesday and six Wednesday.
At 10:15 p.m. Tuesday they checked on a gas smell at the Kwik Shop at 2334 Main. Nothing was found.
At 12:40 p.m. Wednesday they performed a carbon monoxide check at 1406 Taft St. No CO was found.

Matthew Smith, Lovington, N.M. — Two Barton County warrants for probation violation
Frank Shanks, Great Bend — Serve sentence
Robert Streiner, Great Bend — Delaware County, Okla., warrant for failure to appear.
Shane Pitman, Wichita — Failure to appear
Cecil Graves, Great Bend — Driving while suspended and no insurance
Karie McBride, Ellinwood — Failure to appear

Released Feb. 19
Juvenile, Ellinwood — On aggravated battery, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass
Jessica R. Chapman — $250 cash bond
Karie McBride — $1,000 cash/surety
