Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made eight ambulance runs Thursday, six Friday, three Saturday and two Sunday.
At 7:37 a.m. Friday, units responded to an alarm at 5609 Eisenhower. There was no fire; it was set off by cooking.

Great Bend Police
Several people reported that their vehicles were egged and/or written on with chalk sometime Thursday night. No damage was reported.
Two vehicles collided at 8:56 a.m. Friday at 514 Cleveland St.
The Great Bend Events Center, 3017 10th St., was spray painted with graffiti Friday afternoon.
A vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 7:14 p.m. at 4800 17th St. Terrace.
Crissel Museil, Great Bend, was driving a vehicle at 2:11 a.m. Saturday and lost control of it in the 300 block of Frey St., striking another vehicle. She was booked on a charge of driving under the influence, and released after posting a $1,000 surety bond.
Two vehicles collided at 3:25 p.m. Saturday at 10th and Main after one allegedly ran a red light.
Counterfeit money was turned over to an officer Saturday evening at Burger King, 3929 10th St.
A battery was reported at 11:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of Ninth St. A male suspect left before officers arrived.
Theft of fuel from a vehicle at 5406 Seventh St. was reported Sunday.
A sex offense was reported Sunday morning.

Barton County Sheriff
A non-injury accident was reported at 6:13 a.m. Friday at NW 100 Ave. and K-96.
A forklift owned by Mid-States Millwright & Builders was reportedly stolen from Barlett Grain, 15 NE 60 Ave.
A vehicle was rear-ended at 1:04 p.m. Saturday in the road construction on U.S. 281 north of K-4, at NW 210 Road.
Two pickups collided at 12:16 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of North U.S. 281, outside La BOOM discotheque.
A traffic arrest was made around 2 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of Morton St. in Great Bend. GBPD officers and a Kansas Highway Patrol officer also responded, noting the incident began at Seventh and Stone, and that a suspect Mustang “went airborne.” A wrecker was on scene by 2:20 a.m.
