Firefighters made four ambulance runs Wednesday. There were no fires.

Barton County Sheriff
A van and a Chevy Venture collided at 7:43 a.m. Wednesday at North Washington Ave. and NW 30 Road.
An injury accident on East K-4, just east of Redwing, occurred at 7:45 a.m. Natasha Bruning, Hoisington, reported hitting something while driving a PT Cruiser, and having a laceration on her face and head pain.
Seconds later, a Ford pickup hit a deer on NE 80 Ave. and East K-4.
A vehicle hit a deer at 8:39 p.m. on West U.S. 56 at mile marker 201.

Great Bend Police
A power outage on 11th St. was reported at 2:31 p.m. Wednesday, after a semitrailer hit a power line.
A catalytic converter was reportedly stolen from the auto service shop at 4820 10th St.
A child in need of care case was taken at 6:38 p.m.
A stolen Kansas license plate was found on a Cadillac during a traffic stop at 7:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Walnut St.
Vehicles driven by Michael Phillips and Tonna Thomas collided on 10th St. at 7:45 p.m.
A Great Bend man was arrested at 9:25 p.m. at 601 Patton Road for alleged stalking. At the jail, he was also served with a notice to appear in municipal court for allegedly driving on the dike.
An unknown vehicle, possibly a white Ford pickup with side damage, was westbound in the 2700 block of 19th St. around 2:18 a.m. Thursday and struck two parked vehicles.
