Great Bend Police
A search warrant was executed at 9:23 a.m. Thursday at Credit Union of America, 4708 10th St.
A shoplifting was reported at Walmart and a notice to appear (NTA) in municipal court was served.
A known person allegedly shoplifted a $2.99 bowl of fruit from Love’s Country Store, 1221 10th St., on Oct. 27 and on Thursday store officials decided to press charges. An NTA was served.
A vehicle driven by Cody Newick struck a parked vehicle at 3:17 p.m. Thursday in the 2400 block of 21st St.
A burglary was reported at 2316 Franklin St. A purse and medication were taken.

Barton County Sheriff
A non-injury accident was reported at 6:50 a.m. Thursday, half a mile east of Beaver on the blacktop (NE 109 Road and NE 60 Ave).
A small barn was on fire at 4:50 p.m. at 398 NE 40 Ave.
A vehicle hit a deer at 9:50 p.m. on NE K-156 at mile marker 140.
