Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six ambulance runs on Tuesday. There were two fire calls.
At 4:10 p.m. units responded to a fire under the main street bridge. Upon arrival, units found a small area of grass burning on the northeast side. The fire was quickly extinguished. At 7:46 a.m. on Wednesday units responded to a garage fire at 64 NE 21 road. As of 8:30 a.m. the fire was extinguished but units were still at the scene.

Great Bend Police
Criminal damage was reported at Eagle Radio located at 1200 Baker Ave. A window was damaged.
Criminal damage was reported at 1300 Macarthur Road. A window in a vehicle was damaged.
Theft of a bicycle was reported at 2507 11th St.

Barton County Sheriff
A non-injury accident was reported at K-156 and NE 100 Ave. A vehicle hit a deer.
