Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made five ambulance runs on Tuesday, and eight on Wednesday. There was one fire call on Tuesday, at 2:05 p.m., units responded to 805 Adams. Upon arrival they found an authorized burning in the back yard.

A non-injury accident was reported in the 700 Block of North U.S. 281. A vehicle hit a deer.
A non-injury accident was reported at mile marker 114 and North U.S. 281 in Hoisington.
