Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made seven ambulance runs Tuesday and five Wednesday.
At 10:28 p.m. Tuesday units responded to Highland Hotel, 3200 10th St. Upon arrival found a row of bushes on fire in front of the hotel. The hotel was not involved with the fire, which was extinguished with no problems.

Great Bend Police
Repeated, unauthorized use of a credit card/fraud was reported Tuesday.
A 4.5 foot giraffe was reportedly stolen from 2537 24th St.
A vehicle driven by Crystal Prescott was southbound in the 1900 block of Washington St. at 4:33 p.m. and struck a vehicle driven by Alexis Finger, who was stopped at the red light.
A blue 2013 Ford Edge with Kansas license number VET 73AXR was stolen from 1015 Baker Ave., it was reported Wednesday.
At 10:39 a.m., a woman reported receiving a phone call from herself. She was advised of her options.
More credit card fraud cases were reported Wednesday.
Vehicles driven by Charles Wilson and Magda Dolatshahi collided at 4:53 p.m. on Forest Ave.
Logan Turner, Great Bend, was arrested after allegedly threatening to harm a witness. He was booked on charges of aggravated intimidation of a witness and criminal threat, with bond set at $40,000.
An injury accident was reported at 7:35 p.m. on Wilson St. Mason Hiss was on a 2005 Honda Shadow motorcycle that was laid over. Hiss and passenger Heidi Martin were transported to Great Bend Regional Hospital.

Someone shot the windows on a vehicle in the Jaguar Electric parking lot at 517 Kiowa Road sometime between Sunday and Tuesday.
A car hit a deer on east K-4 and NE 100 Ave. at 6:07 a.m. Tuesday.
A farm shed was broken into Tuesday night in the 700 block of NE 220 Road.
A vehicle at 328 Barton Ave. was damaged.
A vehicle hit a deer on K-4 on the west edge of Hoisington at 1:22 p.m. Wednesday.
