Great Bend Fire/EMS
There were seven ambulance runs on Friday, seven on Saturday, and four on Sunday. There were two fire runs on Friday at 2:42 p.m. units responded to a small grass fire in the ditch at 97 SW 5th Ave. And at 5:40 p.m., units responded to 1212 Monroe for a report of an oven fire. Upon arrival found no flames just a small amount of smoke inside the kitchen area. Apparently the male occupant living at the house tried cleaning the oven but was not aware of the plastic bowl inside the oven during the cleaning process. On Saturday there were three fire runs at 12:44 p.m. units responded to Walmart for a fire in the freezer. At 2:08 p.m. units responded to trees on a power line at 1214 Roosevelt, and at 2:24 p.m. responded to a fire in an unapproved fire pit.

A accident occurred on 10th St. a Vehicle going EB on 10th St., in the 3600 block struck another vehicle in the rear end.

A Kansas tag was stolen at 226 Fruit St.
A bicycle was stolen at 2618 23rd St.
Items stolen from a residence at 2527 17th St.
A vehicle hit another vehicle on 4th St.
Aggravated battery was reported at 1217 Williams St. Joseph Butts and Steve Wornkey JR. were ramming each others vehicles. Both parties were arrested.
Criminal damage was reported at 5931 Eisenhower Court. Someone damaged a camera.
