Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:10 a.m. Friday at Mid America, 251 NW 10 Ave., Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:50 a.m. at North U.S. 281 and NE 90 Road, Hoisington.

A structure fire was reported at 10:57 a.m. at Heavy Duty Diesel & Auto, 3208 Railroad Ave., Great Bend.

A theft was reported at Barton Community College.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:02 p.m. at NE K-156 at mile marker 141.

An injury crash was reported at 6:18 p.m. Saturday at Susank Road and NE 230 Road.

A structure fire was reported at 10:17 p.m. Saturday at 3710 McKinney Dr., Great Bend.


Great Bend Police

A battery was reported Friday morning at an undisclosed location.

An injury-crash was reported at 7:36 a.m. at 21st and Washington.

Theft of a wallet was reported at Walmart.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:15 p.m. at 10th and Harrison.

On Saturday, a Great Bend woman reported finding a communication device hidden in her residence. A notice to appear was signed for stalking.

A structure fire was reported at 7:17 p.m. Saturday at Shop Revival, 4820 10th St.

Criminal damage to property – a fence at Veterans Park, 4714 17th St. Terrace – was reported Saturday night.


Great Bend Fire/EMS

A structure fire was reported at 10:57 a.m. Friday at Heavy Duty Diesel & Auto, 3208 Railroad Ave. The call was canceled while trucks were en route.

A structure fire was reported at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at Shop Revival, 4820 10th St. The flames were out when firefighters arrived.

Emergency Medical service responded to four ambulance calls Friday, five Saturday and six Sunday.
