Police look for man in devil costume

The Great Bend Police Department fielded several unusual calls on Thursday, including a reported sighting of a man in a red devil costume.
The person who reported seeing a white male in a devil costume on 19th contacted the GBPD at 7:15 p.m. The officer on duty reported being “10-77 (did not make contact) with the devil.”
Earlier in the day, a bus driver for Great Bend USD 428 reported seeing a male “acting strange” in the area of Great Bend High School. Police contacted a known person, who said he was making the community aware of gay rights.
At 2:33 p.m., police checked on a male ride a bicycle on 16th St. who was “acting strange.” He was seen carrying a small toolbox and a small black bag. They contacted Jason Livingston, and everything seemed OK. Twenty minutes later, an officer located a small toolbox and small black bag on 21st St. It was soon discovered that the items were allegedly stolen from 2421 12th St. A notice to appear in court was signed on Livingston.
