Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had nine ambulance runs Thursday. No fires were reported.

An injury crash was reported at 11:19 a.m. Thursday at Marmie Ford, 1815 10th St.

A narcotics violation was reported at 1:47 p.m. in the 1100 block of U.S. 281 Bypass.

A non-injury crash was reported at 4:50 p.m. in the 3700 block of 10th St.

A K-9 Menta callout was utilized on a traffic stop reported at 5:46 p.m. at the Great Bend Events Center, 3111 10th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:53 p.m. at Dairy Queen, 2302 Main.


Barton County Sheriff

A K-9 callout was utilized on a traffic stop reported at 12:03 p.m. Thursday at S. U.S. 281 mile marker 103, Great Bend.

A narcotics violation was reported at 1:47 p.m. in the 1100 block of U.S. 281 bypass, Great Bend.

A grass fire was reported at 7:33 p.m. at NE 140 Ave. and NE K-156, Claflin.
