Great Bend Fire/EMS

GBFD responded to a vehicle fire in the 2000 block of Adams at 8:52 p.m. Friday. The fire was extinguished.

They responded to a grass fire at K-96 and Patton Road at 7:49 p.m. Sunday. The fire was extinguished.


Great Bend Police

A two-vehicle crash was reported at 24th and Washington at 8:24 p.m. Friday. 

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported at 11:53 a.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of 10th Street.

A hit-and-run non-injury crash was reported at 2:24 p.m. Sunday at 2716 10th St. The run vehicle was not identified.

Criminal threats were reported at 2716 8th St. at 6:36 p.m. Sunday.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported at 10:30 p.m. Sunday at 5913 Aspen Dr.


Barton County Sheriff

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:53 a.m. Friday at NE 170 Road and NE 30 Avenue, Beaver.

A battery was reported at the Hoisington Municipal Pool, 721 N. Center St., at 6:21 p.m. Friday.

Criminal damage was reported at 8:20 a.m. Saturday at NW 130 Avenue and NW 70 Road.

A non-injury crash was reported at 9:18 a.m. Saturday at 5801 Anchor Way, Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:47 p.m. Sunday at U.S. 56 mile marker 219.
