Firefighters responded to an overheated oven in the 2100 block of 25th St. at 7:31 p.m. Friday, July 17.
On Saturday there was one false alarm caused by a smoke detector malfunction.
Emergency Medical Service made 8 ambulance runs Friday, four Saturday, four Sunday and eight Monday. They were on standby at the drag races Friday and Saturday.

A possible narcotics violation was reported at 12:17 a.m. Monday at 8th and Frey, Great Bend. The K-9 was dispatched and a warrant arrest was made at 12:58 a.m.
A non-injury crash was reported at 9:31 a.m. at East U.S. 56, mile marker 208.
A non-injury crash was reported at 9:38 a.m. at 736 North U.S. 281, Hoisington.
A theft was reported at 48 NE 20 Road 1, Great Bend.
A non-injury crash was reported at 1:41 p.m. at East U.S. 56, mile marker 208.
A theft was reported at 283 West Barton County Road, Pawnee Rock.
Great Bend Police
An individual reported harassment by telephone. A notice to appear (NTA) in municipal court was signed but not served at the time of the report.
A burglary was reported Monday at 2019 Holland St. Someone entered a tent while the occupant was sleeping in it and stole keys to her residence and vehicle.
A battery was reported at 5:07 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of Main. An NTA was signed but not served.
A fight was reported at 8:41 p.m. at 1324 Warner Circle, where Bonnie Roth was allegedly battering and threatening other clients. Roth was arrested and booked into the Barton County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.
Officers assisted BCSO on a warrant arrest at 1:47 a.m. Tuesday at Second and Main in Great Bend.
