KHP patch

A Salina motorist appeared to be seriously injured Tuesday, June 20, when the Ford Aspire she was driving went off K-140 in Ellsworth County. Kansas Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred at 7:05 a.m., 1.2 miles east of 29th Road.

The Ford was driven by Taylor G. Wilson, 24, who was westbound when the car traveled into the north ditch. It got back onto the roadway but the driver over-corrected, causing the car to travel into the south ditch and roll in a pasture.

Wilson was taken to Salina Regional Health Center. KHP reports she was wearing a seat belt at time of the crash.
