Suspected narcotics found

An officer from the Great Bend Police Department was attempting to serve papers last Friday at 3807 12th St., but came away with suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Lt. William Browne at the GBPD said items seized have been sent to a lab for testing. There were no drug arrests at the residence, but an individual was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
The case was logged at 4:14 p.m. A search warrant was served at 7:21 p.m. and the K-9 unit deployed.
