Two arrested, three suspects at large after Friday altercations

Two suspects were arrested and three more are still at large after multiple altercations sent one individual to the hospital Friday afternoon in Great Bend.

At approximately 2:26 p.m. Friday, officers with the Great Bend Police Department were dispatched to a disturbance at Finer Mobile Home Park, Lot 105. Officers were advised of a fight and a male subject possibly not breathing.  

Upon arrival, they discovered Ismael Dominguez, 21, lying on the ground outside. Great Bend Fire Department EMS personnel treated Dominguez for his injuries and transported him to the University of Kansas Health System - Great Bend Campus. He was admitted to the hospital, treated for his injuries, and later released.  

After speaking with witnesses, officers learned Curtis Rosas, 24, Zachary Thompson, 25, Jordan Holley, 18, Howard Johnson, 24, and a juvenile had been involved in the disturbance with Dominguez. Officers learned Rosas and Dominguez got into a fight earlier in the day. Rosas and several other subjects then later returned to Dominguez’s residence and started another altercation.  

Rosas was located and arrested for criminal threat and aiding and abetting an aggravated battery. The juvenile was located and arrested for aiding and abetting aggravated battery and transported to a juvenile detention facility.  

An attempt to locate order was issued for Johnson, Holley and Thompson. According to GBPD, all three individuals were still at large as of Monday afternoon.
