THE POOL You never know where inspiration will come from, but today it may come from a little boy who needs to give himself a pep talk before jumping into the pool.

The 29-second video posted on Twitter shows the little boy first staring over the edge of the pool, saying an unsure, OK, Ill do it if I can. But it doesnt take him long to remember that hes got what it takes to jump in that pool like a champ.

"Wait a second," he says in his pep talk to himself, "I'm brave! I'm strong! God made me strong! I'm going to jump into this water."

His verve and confidence provide enough happiness and inspiration to not only get all us through the rest of our work week, but to start the weekend off right.

Chris Herring, a sports reporter for the Wall Street Journal, tweeted the video almost a week ago, but the Internet just cant stop watching this little boy get business done.

It even got a celebrity nod from Academy Award nominated actor, Don Cheadle, who said on twitter the video made his day.

So get out there, give yourself a pep talk and get business done. If this boy can do it, so can you.
