LATTIMORE, N.C. Every once in a while, a video comes along that is so bad, it makes us want to cringe and cover our eyes while watching, and then gives us nightmares for weeks to come.
For me, those videos usually involve snakes or spiders. And today's example is the worst of all.
I stumbled upon this video, saw that it was titled "Snake in the Toilet" and thought, "That's something I never want to see." But because I am so dedicated to bringing you the best of the internet's viral videos, I braced myself and pressed play.
And the video was so much worse than I imagined.
Apparently, one unlucky house in Lattimore, North Carolina, is experiencing a bit of a snake plague. According to the video's description, the homeowners found a snake in their toilet and called up their friendly neighbor as if they were just asking for a cup of sugar and had him come over to remove the slithering creature.
In the video, you see the neighbor stick his hand right into the toilet to yank the snake out. That's when I started screaming internally.
"When I arrived, only the tail of the snake was visible, so I had to reach in and pull the snake out of the toilet," the neighbor wrote. "It was a very long black rat snake, about 6 feet long. This was the sixth snake that I have removed from the same toilet in the past four years."
I don't know about you, but if six snakes had come out of my toilet, I probably would not be using that toilet or that house anymore. My best advice to you is to enjoy the video, but be prepared to squirm, and never, ever move to North Carolina.
