Have You Seen This? Senegal soccers joyous warmup dance
You may not like soccer, but youll like this soccer warm up. Trust me. - photo by Martha Ostergar
THE PITCH Americans, for whatever reason, just arent interested in soccer as a whole.

Im not here to fuel the fire between the soccer passionate and the soccer apathetic. Ill leave that to the analysts, experts and fans. However, what I will do is seize the slim chance of building a bridge between each side of the spectrum. Or rather, Ill let the Senegal national soccer team do it.

In this video, youll see the Lions of Teranga participate in a unique warmup, which includes dancing, chanting and infectious smiles.

No matter how you feel about soccer, youll have a hard time arguing against this video in any way. Its full of team spirit, human joy and good feeling all around. Ive watched it at least a dozen times in the space of an hour, and I get a goofy grin on my face every time.

Senegal made its 2018 World Cup start with a 2-1 victory over Poland, and it was the only African team (out of five) to win its opening match. The team is next slated to play Japan on June 24.
