This video was released a few weeks ago by 9-year-old Demarjay Smith.

Known by many as the young Jamaican trainer, Demarjay became an internet sensation last September when his dad posted a video of him, then eight, leading a brief workout session with his friends. The video showcased Demarjay's dynamite personality and his over-the-top passion for fitness. It now has over a million views on YouTube.

The young Jamaican trainer gained additional popularity after he was featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he met and raced his idol, fellow Jamaican and Olympian Usain Bolt.

Ellen's video of little Demarjay racing Bolt instantly went viral, helping to further propel the young boy into internet stardom.

Demarjay has since continued to make motivational videos and inspire many with his personal mantra of "Strength no weakness!" He was even able to attend the 2016 NBA All-Star Game as a gift from Ellen after making a return appearance on the hostess's show.
