CASPER, Wyo. — Charles Lee Crawford, 89, passed away November 10, 2019 in Casper, Wyoming.
Charley had lived in Casper since 1973. Charley will be cremated, there will be a celebration of his life in Casper later this month. There will be an interment with services later at the IXL Cemetery North of Paradise, KS.
Charles Lee was born January 22, 1930 in Salina, KS. to Charles Morton Crawford and Violet Boyd Crawford.
Attending school in Natoma and Waldo, Charley later enjoyed Waldo Alumni dinners.
Charley was an oilfield truck driver and truck pusher, he worked in the Russell-Great Bend-Hays area and the Casper area.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Janie Crawford, first wife Wilma Homewood Crawford, step daughter Connie Kelly and a still born granddaughter May Dawn Crawford.
Surviving Charles are his wife Lucille; daughter Delores Fenton (Ted); sons Kenny Messick (Tracy), Marvin Harmon (Tina) and Charles Crawford (Diana); thirteen Grandchildren and nineteen Great Grandchildren; and a special little dog Bandit.
