Cynthia Gail Judd, 69, passed away on Oct. 21, 2023, at Medicalodges of Great Bend, Kan. She was born on Aug. 25, 1954, in Wichita, Kan., to William and Phyllis (Corley) Votapka. On Nov. 28, 1981, she married Mark A. Judd in Phillipsburg, Kan.
A long time Great Bend resident coming from Stockton, Cindy worked as an accountant for CPI and financial manager for 20/20 Optix. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Cindy was an avid reader, enjoyed KU basketball games, and participating in the Relay For Life Survivor Walk.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Amanda (E.J.) Shepherd of Louisburg, Kan., and Andrea (Chris) Jeska of Great Bend, Kan.; seven grandchildren, Ward, Winston, Whittaker, Benton, Jude, Adalynn, and Silas; a brother, Timothy (Laurie) Votapka of Kildeer, Ill.; and a sister, Nancy (Howard) Diacon of Lawrence, Kan. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 27, 2023, at Bryant Funeral Home, with family to receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023, at First Church of the Nazarene, with Pastors Josh and Amy Foster presiding. Interment will be held at 3 p.m. in the , Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Phillipsburg, Kan. Memorials have been designated to First Church of the Nazarene, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
