Delores R. Ochs, 91, died Aug. 22, 2016, at her home in Great Bend. Born Jan. 19, 1925, at Milberger, she was the daughter of Ben and Lydia (Miller) Boxberger. On April 20, 1947, she married Edwin Ochs at Otis Lutheran Church. He died Aug. 5, 1980. She was a homemaker.

She was an avid gardener, enjoyed sewing and playing cards.
Survivors include one son, Darrell Ochs and his wife Kathy of Great Bend; one brother, Eugene Boxberger and his wife Jackie of Everton, Mo.; two grandchildren, Nickie Ochs and Darren Ochs; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Duane Ochs; three sisters; and one brother.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Memorials are requested to the Great Bend City Band, in care of the funeral home.
