GREAT BEND — Edward Lynn Krom, 59, passed away on July 22, 2019, in Ellinwood, Kan. surrounded by his loved ones.
Born on Nov. 13, 1959, in Great Bend, Kan. he was the son of Clifford Dean and Virgina Lee (Lane) Krom. Ed married Tammi Sue Kilgore on May 20, 1978. Mr. Krom was a lifetime resident of Great Bend moving to Ellinwood in 2014. He worked in the oilfield, for Kaiser trash service, and Menges Electric and loyally attended his grandchildren’s sporting events. Ed loved the KC Royals and Dallas Cowboys.
Survivors included wife of 41 years Tammi Krom; daughters, Brandi Krom and Alicia Bustamante; son, Keaton Krom; brothers, Billy (Sara), Clifford (Gina), Michael (Kimberly) Krom; grandchildren, Ariana, Israel, Mia, Emily, Josue Jr., Kristian, Gabby, Kaesyn, and Selena. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, July 27th at First Assembly of God Church in Great Bend, Kan. Inurnment will follow at Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery in Ellinwood, Kan.
