HOISINGTON - Jason Leroy Hood, 70, died June 27, 2020, at Hickory Pointe, Oskaloosa, Kansas.  He was born November 8, 1949, in Great Bend, Kansas, the son of Melvin and Reta (Decker) Hood.

He is survived by; sisters, Janet Hood of Hoisington, Jolene Helmick of Wichita; brothers, Jeffrey Hood of Great Bend, and Jerry Hood and wife Betty Jo of Austin, Texas; and 19 neices and nephews.

Graveside service will be 9:30 am Monday, July 6, 2020, at Hoisington City Cemetery, with Rev. Dick Ogle presiding.  Visitation will be 2 - 5 pm Sunday, July 5, at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home.
