KANOPOLIS — Judith "Judy" Allen Bunch Maddox Schroeder, 71, Kanopolis, passed away Feb. 27. She was born in Barnard on Oct. 17, 1939, to Virgil and Fern Bunch.

She was married to Robert Schroeder. He preceded her in death as did two sisters, Beth Gamble and Edna Ryan, and one brother, Dick Bunch.

She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Maddox and Keith Maddox, both of Kanopolis, and John Maddox of Olmitz; two daughters, Pam Blackburn of Fayetteville, Ark., and Crystal Perry of Ellsworth; four sisters, Ardith Modrow and Melba Bunch, both of Kanpolis, Jolene Reynolds of Fairview, and Jeannie Fugua of Garden City; one brother, Rusty Bunch of Kanopolis; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

There will be no services, but a celebration of Judy’s life will be held Saturday, March 12, at the Community Center in Kanopolis beginning at approximately 11 a.m.
