Kathleen Ann (Rafferty) Foss, 67, of Great Bend, Kan. and formerly of Russell, Kan., passed away at her home in Great Bend on Nov. 25, 2019.

A Gathering Service will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019,  at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary in Russell. The family requested cremation. Condolences may be sent to Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, who is in charge of these arrangements.
