Pratt – Kreg D. Stiebben, 54, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018 at his home in Pratt. He was born Aug. 26, 1963 in Great Bend to Ken Stiebben and Ulanda Orebaugh.
Kreg was a Merchant Marine and had served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Ninnescah Valley Gun Club, NRA, and the Seafarers Union.
He is survived by his mother, Ulanda (Scott) Jackman of Pratt; father, Ken Stiebben of Emporia; a sister, Kenda (Scott) O’Mara of Emporia; nephew, Drew O’Mara of Emporia; niece, Kaden O’Mara of Emporia; step sister, Kayla (Scott) Carpenter of Manhattan; a step brother, Reggie (Crystal) Jackman of Middletown, Pa.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 12, 2018 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Since Kreg’s home was at sea, his remains will be returned to the sea. Memorials may be made to the Ninnescah Valley Gun Club or Pratt Area Humane Society in care of Larrison Mortuary.
