DENVER, Colo. — Lesley M. Anderson, 102, of Denver passed away on July 5, 2021 at Lutheran Collier Hospice surrounded by his loving family. Born on Dec. 20, 1918 in Hutchinson, Kan. he was the son of Edgar and Eudora (Brown) Anderson. Lesley and Louise Anderson were married on Oct. 11, 1937. They were married 73 years.

Lesley worked as a yardmaster for the Santa Fe Railroad for over 30 years.

He enjoyed music of all types, and social media specifically Facebook. He will be remembered for his kindness, curiosity, and inquisitiveness.

He is survived by his son, Daniel and his wife Jill; son, Ron and his wife Judy; granddaughter, Heather; grandson, Casey; great-grandsons, Nash, Jace, and Cade; and his great-granddaughter, Caitlyn. In addition to his parents and his wife, he is preceded in death by his brother Kenneth and his sister Hazel.

Lesley was buried in Fort Logan National Cemetery with his wife, Louise.
