Lynette Robinson Kramen 1926-2011

PRESCOTT — Lynette Robinson Kramen passed away on Dec. 5, 2011 at Prescott County View Nursing Home in Prescott.
She was born Sept. 2, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Guy and Catherine Booth.
She was a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in music. In 1973, she moved with her late husband Frank from Connecticut to Great Bend, where she lived until 2010. She was appointed the Register of Deeds for Barton County in 1976 and was later elected that same year. She served in the position for many years.
Mrs. Kramen was active in the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Great Bend as a pianist and organist and was a member of the professional music sorority, Sigma Alpha Iota.
Survivors include her brother, Jack Booth, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; and granddaughter, Johannah Ash.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Frank H. Kramen; a son, Craig Kramen; a daughter, Kathryn Kay Kramen; and a sister, Florence Hughes.
Cremation has taken place.
