ELLINWOOD — Margaret Lou Molder Arnold Schreck, 78, died Oct. 15 at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita. Born June 23, 1932, at Mulberry, Ark., she was the daughter of Jim and Mary Molder. She had been an Ellinwood resident since 1951, formerly of Mulberry. She married Maurice Schreck on Aug. 2, 1969, in Ellinwood. She retired in 1976 as a nurse at Great Bend Manor. She was a graduate of Mulberry (Ark.) High School.
Mrs. Schreck was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and its Altar Society in Ellinwood.
Survivors include her husband, Maurice, of Ellinwood; two sons, Terry Don Arnold of Weatherford, Texas, and Patrick Schreck of Wichita; a daughter, Donna (Curt) Klusener of Great Bend; a sister, Sue McDoulett of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and two grandchildren, Curtis Klusener and Corey Don Arnold.
An altar society rosary will be at 3 p.m. today and a vigil service at 7 p.m., both at Kimple Funeral Home, Ellinwood. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Ellinwood, with Father Charles Mazouch officiant. Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lakin-Comanche District Cemetery, Ellinwood. Memorials are suggested to the St. Joseph’s School Living Legacy and the Ellinwood Hospital Auxiliary.
