MINNEAPOLIS — Mary Beatrice Griffin McCrady Laughlin died on March 20. Born June 9, 1923, on a farm near Sayre, Okla., she was the daughter of Henry Horatio and Laura Ann (Roach) Griffin.  
Survivors include her daughter Leanna McCrady Crist of Minneapolis; three granddaughters, Leslie and Darwin Belvill of Minneapolis and Lisa Crist of Olmitz; three great-grandchildren, Allison, Drew, and Bretney Belvill of Minneapolis; a brother, Sterling Griffin of Boonville, Ark.; a sister Loretta Greenwood of Boonville, Ark.; many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews; a step­daughter Willa Mitchel and husband Gary of Las Vegas, Nev.; several step-grand-daughters and step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, John, Oscar, Elmer, and Jess; two sisters, Bessie Green and Mattie Green; her husband Elmer Laughlin; and son-in-law Raymond Crist.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on March 23 at Wilson Family Funeral Home in Minneapolis. Burial was in Highland Cemetery in Minneapolis. Memorials may be made to Kans for Kids.
