Norma G. Kramer 1932 - 2013

PRATT —  Norma G. Kramer, 81, died Jan. 30 at Hilltop Manor in Cunningham. Born Nov. 15, 1932, in Drumright, Okla., she was the daughter of Myrle E. and Josephine V. (Groves) Sipe. On Nov. 5, 1950, she married Eugene ‘Gene’ N. Kramer in Pratt. He preceded her in death on June 17, 2003. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, bowling and golf at Green Valley Golf Course.
Mrs. Kramer was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pratt.  
 Survivors include a son, David and LuAnn Kramer of Pratt; a daughter, Judy Starrett of Kodiak, Alaska; a sister, Avis Mardis of Pratt; a sister-in-law, Joyce Sipe of Madell, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Gene; a brother, Robert Sipe; a sister, Willetta Sipe; and a son-in-law, Robin Starrett.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Larrison Mortuary with Dr. Dan Ferguson presiding. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Pratt. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and from 1 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at Larrison Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the Hilltop Manor in care of the mortuary.
