WICHITA - Pamela Jane “Pam” Dugan “Ma Dugan”, 61, died December 27, 2021, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. She was born September 17, 1960, in WaKeeney, the daughter of Chester F. and Rose Ann (Friedel) Strickland. She graduated from Hoisington High School in 1978. She served in the United States Army Reserves.
Pam worked for United Rentals in Wichita for 15 years. She was a member of the American Legion Post #4 in Wichita and the Wind Therapy Riders Motercycle Club.
On April 21, 1979, she married Craig Dugan in Hoisington, Kansas.
Survivors include; her husband of 42 years, Craig Dugan of the home; son, Christopher Dugan and girlfriend Gina Horn of Mesa, Arizona; daughter, Rachael Harvey and husband Bret of Wichita; four brothers, Randy Strickland and wife Tobi, Clifton Strickland and wife Cindy, all of Hoisington, twin brother, Doug Strickland and wife LaVelle of Salina, and Tim Strickland and wife Tina of rural Great Bend; sister, Kathy Twitchell-Strickland of Hoisington; and four grandchildren, John, Autumn, and Samantha Harvey, and Cirdan.
Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 3, 2022, with family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Nicholson-Ricke Fuenral Home. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home with Father Stephen Dabanka presiding. Burial will follow in Hoisington Cemetery.
