Samuel Clay, of Chicago, Ill., died Oct. 7 in Chicago. He was 86 years old.

Survivors include a brother, Pastor Loyse Clay of Great Bend.

Wake services will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday with funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. at Leak and Sons Funeral Chapel in Chicago, Ill.
