Verla Lou Morrison, 80, died Oct. 24, 2016, at Hays Medical Center. Born Oct. 18, 1936, in Baileyville, she was the daughter of Lee Dennis and Ava (Mann) Morrison. She married Bill Colson, They later divorced. A resident of Great Bend, she was the owner and operator of Who Knows Tavern.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 2519 11th Street in Great Bend.
