To the editor:

How about some new sport news? Horse racing first Saturday in May is always Kentucky Derby! Not this year. So we went to second race in the Triple Crown - The Belmont Stakes, which ran in June. The Kentucky Derby will be Saturday Sept. 5th. Then the Preakness on Oct. 3.

Please lets have some horse racing news! A couple of tidbits: Seattle Slew is the only Triple Crown winner that never lost a race. Jockey Eddie Arcuro lost his first 45 races and went on to win 4,776.
