Letter was lost in the e-mails

Dear Editor,
Hey, Becky. Me too! I am referring to Becky Wornkey’s letter to the editor published Nov. 3. I sent a very short letter to the editor via e-mail at the same time, same day. It was in under the wire for the election comments, according to the newspaper. I’m relieved to read that my letter wasn’t printed probably due to computer malfunctions.
I suppose I’ll go back to the old fashioned way of sending a hand written not to the editor.
I will never stop being thankful for my freedom as an American to express myself in writing to the opinion page of the newspaper. I am thankful we all have that right no matter who we are and what our opinions may be.
Gina Munz,
Great Bend
(EDITOR’S NOTE: Every Public Forum received by the deadline for this last election was run. It is always a good suggestion to double check to make sure a letter has been received. The Tribune will accept letters dropped off at the office, mailed to Box 228 in Great Bend, and by e-mail at csmith@gbtribune.com.)
