New class is worth the cost

Dear Editor,
I am writing to provide a positive recommendation for the upcoming six-week program that will be presented by John and Donna Krug, called “Kansans Optimizing Health.”
I participated in this program last spring and found it to be beneficial and well worth my time.
Any adult with a chronic health problem or who is living with, or caring for someone who has a chronic health problem might also benefit from this program.
A summary and enrollment information can be found on page 10 of the Great Bend Recreation Commission 2010 program guide.
The classes meet from 6-8 p.m., Oct. 26 through Nov. 30 at the new activities center.
The 382 page book participants receive is, in itself, worth the $10 registration fee.
Steven Wolf,
Great Bend
