The Golden Belt Humane Society Adopt a Pet program would like to say a big thank you to our many gracious volunteers that have helped during the last couple of events. A couple special thanks you’s go to Mike and Debra for letting us build our float for the parade and then storing it for us in your shed until the next morning for the parade at the After Harvest Fest. Also thanks to Shawn and Amanda for pulling the float thru the parade, passing out candy, and then to help tear the float down for travel. Also for stepping up and helping us grill and serve. It was all greatly appreciated! Thanks to the volunteers that helped at the Party in Park. Both of these occasions were very hot and miserable, but you stuck with us for the welfare of our animals. Thank you for that! It takes an army to save one “Paw at a Time”. Thanks and we will see you next time.
