Barton men place 4th, 10th at Texas

PLANO, Texas – The Barton Community College men's bowling teams placed fourth and 10th at the Plano Super Bowl.

 

The Cougars finished fourth (6,638) in five games and 10 bakers. Barton placed 10th in Sunday's event with 6,302 pins. Wichita State captured titles with scores of 7,707 and 8,254.

Carter Lambeth averaged 205 and placed 21st (1,027) and enjoyed games of 207, 225 and 227. Torrey Lindsay placed 31st (982) with games of 205, 206 and 221.

Caleb Murphy earned the high game of 250.

Murphy led the varsity team with a 1,368 score and a 36th placing. A195.4 average featured games of 201, 203, 204 and 215.
