Great Bend's Abbie Moyers/Anna Popp captured the No. 1 doubles division at Saturday's Great Bend Tennis Invitational. Moyers/Popp downed Garden City's Ashleigh Chappel/Syd Nanninga 8-2 in the championship match. The Panthers' tandem also defeated teams from  Liberal, Dodge City, Hoisington and Ellinwood to reach the finals.

Garden City (69) won the team title and Great Bend Red (41) finished runner-up.

At No. 1 doubles, Liberal's Katie Classen/Ara Jurado defeated Ellinwood's Monica Hammeke/Wittney Hammeke, 8-6 for third place.

At No. 1 singles, Hoisington's Audrie Harms defeated Great Bend's Remi Ingram 8-0 for third place. Garden City's Sage Riggs defeated WaKeeney-Trego's Carol Brungardt, 8-3 for first place.

At No. 2 singles, Dodge City's SamNguyen downed Great Bend's Grace Dougherty 8-5 for third place. Garden City's Brooke Ptacek defeated Trego's Kelsey Kinderknecht, 8-3 for first place. 

At No. 2 doubles, Liberal's Riddhi Bombaywala/Brianna Sanders defeated Great Bend's Lakyn Smith/Kaylin Wahlmeier, 8-6 for third place. Dodge City's Becca Unruh/Jazmin Rios downed Garden City's Peighton Tull/Chloe Powell, 8-4 for first place.
