Ellinwood runner places ninth
VICTORIA – Ellinwood Eagle Asher Miller improved his time by 24 seconds to earn the ninth medal (17:02.6) at the 2A state cross country championship at the Sand Plum Course. Miller (17:37.1) placed 28th last year at state.
Stanton County’s Kamryn Golub (16:08.0) won state medalist honors. Stanton County (71) beat Berean Academy (118) for the 2A team trophy.
