The Great Bend Middle School 8th-grade girls basketball team improved to 12-1 with a 25-17 win over the Hays Indians Monday.
Emma Wasinger scored six points.
The Great Bend 8th-grade B team girls started slow and lost their first game 16-12. Kendyl Henning scored five points and grabbed three rebounds.
