LARNED –  Larned’s No. 2 singles Mason Mead defeated Ellsworth’s Tyler Conley 8-5 for third place for the Indians’ top finish at Tuesday’s Larned Tennis Invitational.

Larned’s No. 1 singles Clayton Kelty, No. 1 doubles Nick Ratzlaff/Matthew Figger and No. 2 doubles Jacob Colglazier/Jarett Seeman, all placed fourth in the five-team tournament.

Scott City scored 30 points and No. 1 singles Avry Noll, No. 2 singles Brody Strine and No. 2 doubles Dante Franco/Ben Resendiz placed first.
