GREENSBURG — Macksville quarterback Ryan Kuckelman was Superman with eight rushing touchdowns and 252 yards rushing in a 66-18 rout over Kiowa County in 8-Man 1, District 6. The Mustangs trailed 16-8, but outscored the Mavericks 58-2 keyed by seven consecutive touchdowns.
Macksville (3-3, 2-2) plays Kinsley (4-3, 2-2) at home with a playoff berth on the line Friday.
Kuckelman scored on touchdown runs of 2, 9, 9, 17, 35, 41, 46, 56 for an apparent school record. Kuckelman completed a 27-yard scoring pass to Cleven Huggins. Michael Seward scored on a 5-yard run and rushed for 62 yards.

Foust scored on a 65-yard run and on an interception return. Christian Roth scored on 25-yard and 43-yard runs. Regan caught 8- and 25-yard scoring strikes from Foust. Nathan Roth scored on an interception return. Ky Schwartz added a rushing touchdown.
The Cougars intercepted five passes as Foust (2), Nathan Roth (1), Regan (1) and Gratton Dalton (1) stole passes. The Cougars recovered two fumbles.
Chase (1-6, 1-5 District) salvaged a score on Drayton Griffitt's 30-yard field goal.
