 Great Bend Panther Mayra Ramirez rode to the rescue with a last-minute goal for a 1-0 victory over Junction City Thursday. 

Ramirez converted the goal in the final minute of regulation to prevent overtime at Memorial Stadium.

Great Bend (4-10) both two games on the artificial turf at Memorial Stadium after beating Hays-Thomas More Prep earlier in the season. The Panthers start 5A post-season play next week.
