ELLINWOOD – No. 2 ranked Class 2A Ellinwood (15-0) stayed unbeaten with a 65-37 non-league basketball victory Saturday over Attica.
Delaney Beckwith scored 20 points and Allison Panning contributed 15 points and grabbed 13 rebounds. Blake Wilt added 10 points and Tawny Arndt contributed seven assists.
Ellinwood’s boys (9-6) won the nightcap 64-47.

WAKEENEY — All-league standout Kyle Patrick returned from a knee injury to score 14 points and the Cougars’ magic reappeared with a stunning 57-55 overtime victory over WaKeeney-Trego High School. The Cougars outscored Trego 16-14 in a four-minute overtime period. The Cougars (9-6) lost six straight games without Patrick.
Otis-Bison’s Urban (12), Maier (11) and Keller (10) all scored in double figures. The Cougars play Healy at home Tuesday.

Nolan Dreiling led Victoria (9-6, 2-3 CPL) with 22 points and Ethan McAlonan added 16 points.
