LARNED — Hoisington’s Madie Wilborn finished fourth (89) and teammate Sydney Boxberger placed fifth (90) to lead the Cardinals (376) to a three-stroke victory over Hays-Thomas More Prep (379) with Larned (382) finishing six strokes back. Last year, TMP placed second, Hoisington third and Larned fourth in the Class 3-1A state tournament.
TMP’s Karee Dinkel was medalist (81) and teammate Shannen Chin placed second (85) and Larned’s Dorothy Keenan finished third (87) at Larned Country Club.
