Ellinwood 52, Kiowa County 50
LARNED — Ellinwood outscored Kiowa County 21-13 in the fourth period for a 52-50 victory in the Gene Keady Basketball Classic. Kaleb Schartz made a pair of 3-pointers and Ellinwood made four 3-pointers in the final period. Tyson Martinez scored 20 points and Schartz added 13 points. The Eagles made 19 of 21 free throws.
Landon Davis led Kiowa County with 29 points. The Eagles play Macksville for fifth place and Kiowa County plays Kinsley for seventh.

LARNED — Nathanial Miller scored 27 points and Brigdon Russell scored 20 points and Macksville defeated Kinsley 70-59 in the Gene Keady Basketball Classic.
The Mustangs made eight 3-pointers. Kinsley’s Kamero Carey scored 33 points off 12 field goals and six free throws.
Macksville plays Ellinwood for fifth place and Kinsley plays Kiowa County for seventh place Saturday.

LARNED — Haley Skelton scored 12 points and Ally Aldrich added 10 points as Larned’s girls earned their first victory of the season by beating Ellinwood 43-27 in the Gene Keady Basketball Classic.
Brittany Beck led Ellinwood with 13 points.
Larned plays Kinsley for fifth place and Ellinwood plays Macksville for seventh place Saturday.

Olivia Vosburgh led Macksville with six points.
Kinsley plays Larned for fifth place and Macksville plays Ellinwood for seventh place Saturday.
